Ryan began his career with Smallwood & Associates in 2024 as an intern while attending the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. After graduating, he joined the firm full-time as a Staff Accountant I and is known for his attention to detail and dedication to supporting clients.
