Cal is Managing Partner at Smallwood & Associates. He joined the firm in 2003 as a Tax Senior I and became Managing Partner in 2010. A proud Texas A&M University graduate—Gig ’em!—Cal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation before beginning his career at Deloitte. 

Today, he leads Smallwood & Associates with a client-centric approach, ensuring every client receives personalized attention. Cal’s passion is translating complex tax and financial matters into actionable strategies that deliver results, drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience to guide clients. He is equally dedicated to building and supporting a team that thrives.
