Lindsay joined Smallwood & Associates in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and has since grown into her current role as Operations Analyst. She is dedicated to providing a seamless client experience and is known for her technology expertise and ability to analyze processes to enhance efficiency across the firm.

Lindsay graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
