Rachael joined Smallwood & Associates in 2019 as an Accounting Senior I and has steadily advanced to her current role as Accounting Manager. Rachael is recognized for her dedication and initiative within the firm, and consistently provides accurate and dependable support to her clients. 

Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University.
